30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with all accessories, instructions, and original packaging. Catpip Calm refill vials must remain sealed. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to start a return

Email purr@catpip.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number. If the return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

After approval, the goods must be returned within 14 days, or you must provide proof that they were handed to a carrier within that period.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not match the order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods are not limited by this return policy.

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card-provider processing times may vary.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you provide evidence that the goods were returned, whichever happens first.

If you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer, we do not reimburse the additional delivery cost.

Exceptions

The voluntary 30-day return window does not apply to used items, opened refill vials or other opened consumables, gift cards, or items marked final sale. It does not apply where the buyer is a legal entity purchasing as a business.

European Union right of withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, your statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days remains unchanged. This voluntary 30-day return window is additional and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
