Shipping policy

We ship to the following countries: Estonia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United States.

Delivery costs are paid by the buyer and are shown next to each delivery option at checkout.

Orders within Estonia usually arrive within 3-7 working days of the sales contract taking effect. Deliveries outside Estonia usually take 3-12 calendar days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered because they are out of stock or for another reason, we will inform the buyer as soon as possible and refund any amount already paid, including delivery costs, without delay and no later than 14 days after sending that notice.
