Right of withdrawal

After receiving an order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in this store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity (a business).

To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used for any purpose other than establishing their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in the same way this would be allowed in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for any other purpose, or show signs of use or wear, we reserve the right to reduce the refund in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return goods, please send a withdrawal notice to hello@catpip.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, except when the reason for the return is that the returned product does not match what was ordered, for example a wrong or defective item.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice, or provide proof that the goods were handed over to a carrier within that period.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until the buyer has supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever happens first.

If the buyer expressly chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer, we are not required to reimburse the buyer for costs exceeding the cost of our standard delivery.

We reserve the right to withdraw from a sale and request the goods back from the buyer if the price shown in the store was, due to an error, marked significantly below the market price of the goods.
